Calcium Aluminate (Refining Slag)

Our Calcium Aluminate refining slag is manufactured from high-grade raw materials through sintering or electric arc melting. The product features fast slag formation, excellent arc coverage, strong slagging ability, and powerful desulfurization and deoxidation performance.

The material is primarily composed of 12CaO·7Al₂O₃ (C12A7) mineral phase, with content greater than 85%. Its high calcium activity enables rapid reaction with oxygen and sulfur in molten steel, forming low-melting compounds that float easily and achieve superior steel purification.
